The free design review
You can send us your marina's existing website URL and ask to see a new design. There is no charge or obligation to subscribe just for reviewing a draft. A draft is a proposal, not a live customer website. We may ask for details or access before we can prepare it, and any turnaround estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time.
Starting and paying for service
Ongoing service begins only after you agree to move forward and complete checkout. The plan, billing interval, and amount shown at checkout control what you are charged. Stripe processes payments and provides the hosted billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal at any time. Checkout and the portal show the billing period and when cancellation takes effect.
What is included
The ongoing plan covers hosting, routine security and maintenance, and content updates to the existing site. Larger projects—such as substantial new pages, booking systems, or a store—are separate work. We will describe and quote that work before charging for it. We do not make changes that require a separate charge without your approval.
Your domain and materials
Your domain remains yours. You retain your rights to the text, photographs, logos, and other materials you provide. You give us permission to use those materials to prepare, publish, and maintain your site, and you confirm that you have the rights needed for us to do so. If you leave, we will work with you on a reasonable transfer of your domain and content. Third-party tools and integrations may have their own terms.
Texting us
Texting is optional and is not a condition of buying the service. Start with SITE and your website URL or update request. We may send a reply asking you to confirm with Y. After you confirm, we may text about your inquiry, design review, or related service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and messages.
