When you contact us, request a design, or become a customer, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, marina and website details, messages, update requests, and any files you send. If you create an account, we also keep the information needed to sign you in and show your service history.
We keep basic technical and delivery records needed to run and protect the service. For paying customers, we keep subscription and invoice status from Stripe; Stripe handles payment-card entry and processing.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a design for your marina, operate and update a customer website, provide account access, process billing, keep a record of requests, and protect the service. We may use AI tools to assist with researching a marina or drafting routine responses. Some conversations may be held for human review, and you can always ask to speak with Todd directly.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate MarinaPages, such as hosting and storage, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and AI-assisted drafting. We do not sell personal information.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with messaging providers solely to deliver the messages you requested and operate the service.

Text messages
If you text MarinaPages, we may send a reply asking you to confirm whether you want continuing texts about your website inquiry, design review, or related service request. Reply Y to confirm. We do not send ongoing conversation replies or a design-review link before that confirmation. Message frequency then varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not treat an inquiry as permission to send unrelated, recurring promotional texts.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal reasons. You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
