Updates without the hassle
No portal, no ticket system, no logging in. Email a change to your site and a human confirms when it’s live. Quick and easy updates usually land within an hour or two (we do sleep, so not overnight). Anything more complicated — or where we need to ask you a question first — takes a bit longer. A couple days, max.
Changing what your site says: hours, prices, photos, events, staff, storm closures. Send it, and we’ll handle it.
Changing what your site is: new pages, booking systems, a store. We never say no — we say a number, before any work starts.
You will never get a surprise bill. That’s the promise.
Every site is designed individually — your content, your tools, your harbor. No two MarinaPages sites look alike.
No themes, no template store. Each site is designed from scratch, so yours doesn’t look like the marina across the bay.
Everything on your current site — rates, photos, policies, history — re-set in a clean, fast UI. Nothing lost, everything findable.
Already on Dockwa? Using a CRM or lead forms? We embed and link what works today — no forced migrations.
Got a harbor cam? We’ll embed it. Plus wind, tides, and a seven-day outlook for your exact harbor, via Boat or Nope.
Local SEO, maps, and the details cruisers actually search for: approach depth, pump-out, courtesy car.
Hosting, security, and same-day edits are all in the $79. You’ll forget you ever had a webmaster.
That’s it. We’ll research the marina, find the useful details, and start with what you already have.
We’ll send you a fresh, one-of-one first design in the next day or two. Don’t love it? Walk away.
Hosting, security, and unlimited email updates. Cancel anytime — the domain stays yours.
A new service, built in the open
MarinaPages does not have a wall of marina customers yet. What we do have is a real builder, a product you can inspect today, and an offer that puts the risk on us.
Boat or Nope
Todd built Boat or Nope after buying his first boat. It brings live marine conditions together for more than 8,500 U.S. harbors—on the web and iPhone.
We build the complete first version free. The subscription starts only if you decide it is worth keeping.
Your domain stays yours, and you can take the website files with you. We earn the relationship every month.
Todd is personally building the first MarinaPages sites and handling the updates that follow.
The rebuild
$0 — yes, free
A one-of-one site designed from your existing content, photos, and tools. Lead forms embedded, Dockwa linked, webcam wired in. Don’t love it? Walk away, no charge.
The service
$79 /month · or $790/yr
Hosting, security, live conditions, and unlimited email updates — with a human on the other end. Cancel anytime; the domain and content stay yours.
Bigger jobs — new pages, booking systems, a store — are flat-quoted before we lift a finger. Never a surprise bill.

Meet the builder
Hi, I’m Todd Garland. I’ve spent nearly two decades building and running internet businesses. I founded BuySellAds in 2008, was one of HubSpot’s first ten employees, and later built Great American Mining, which was acquired by Crusoe in 2022.
Then I bought a boat. The scattered forecasts led me to build Boat or Nope. The outdated, hard-to-update marina websites I encountered along the way led to MarinaPages.
MarinaPages is new, and I’m not going to pretend we already have a wall of customers. I’m personally building the first sites. You see the complete rebuild before you pay; if you don’t love it, you walk away. That’s how I intend to earn the first customers—and every reference after them.
There really aren’t any. No contracts — you pay month to month and cancel anytime. We’re hoping you like the site, like the service, and stay for years. That’s the bet we’re making.
Anything that changes what your site says — hours, prices, photos, events, closures. Unlimited, by email. New pages or systems change what your site is; those get a flat quote first.
Yes. We embed your existing forms, link your Dockwa profile, and keep whatever booking flow already works for you. No forced migrations.
Send us your current website URL and we’ll respond with a first design you can check out in the next day or two. Updates after that: quick ones within an hour or two, trickier ones a couple days max.
The domain is yours, the content is yours — and you can download all the files we use to make your site at any time and take it somewhere else. No hostage situations at this harbor.
We’ll send you a fresh design to check out in the next day or two. No charge, no card, and no obligation to keep it.
